A second attempt for curls

Ellie really wants to have curly locks. I finally gave in and attempted to curl her hair today with the old curlers Rachelle gave me from college. I was a little worried she'd complain about the heat, but she seemed to handle it well. She was patient while I put them into her hair. We let them sit for about 20 minutes before taking them out. I was thinking that would be great for her little girl hair. Unfortunately, within an hour, it was flat. Her hair appears to be as hard to curl as her mothers. Ellie was excited about the process though. She surely is a girly girl. Here's a beautiful before and after. She was all dressed up for Aunt Vicki's baby shower.
