I took Ellie to Target with me tonight to spend some time and help get the necessities we are very low on. She was such a big helper. We would pick something out, then she'd run to the end of the isle and put it in the cart and run back to me.
In the midst of this, near the end of the trip, she prounouces loudly, "Mommy, when we get home I'm going to fall in love with you forever!"
I just smile. So does the lady in the isle with us as she gives me a look.
