Visit to Glen Echo, MD

We finally took the trip to see Glen Echo Daddy has been planning. We b-lined for the Carosel, which was built in 1921. The place is very cute and you can see how this would be a happening place in the 19020's and 30's.

The kids enjoyed the outing, even though the weather was very hot. We had a nice family ride on the big propper carosel and Grannie took some photos for us. Thanks Grannie!

After playing around for about an hour, we headed to a nearby Irish restaurant for dinner. The kids did very well. Max sat at the table like a big boy. He was eyeing up Millar's dinner here. Ellie entertained herself with coloring, first on paper, then her cup!

What a great way to end the weekend!
