Remembering to play

This afternoon Ellie slept late and I was done my work. It gave me about 15 minutes to just play with Max. He was in a physical mood. We were on the couch and he was just bouncing around like crazy. I was able to take a moment and just bounce him up and down and play with him. I felt a little like I used to be able to stop and play with Brant or Mikey. I wish I was able to set my mind in a state to do this more with my very own son. It's amazing to be there bouncing him about, making him laugh, laughing with him and just knowing that's my very own little boy that I get to keep in my heart forever as I watch him grow. I love playing with my children!
